Our history

Founded in 2016 by the MacPhetridges after receiving a match grant to paint thier 1887 Victorian Farmhouse in Riverside CA.  Wanting to encourage others to properly restore thier homes in a manor that preserves its era, and focus on historic run down neighborhoods where these homes are deteriorating becuase  the cost to repair and restore isn't worth the investment.

Our Mission

This program will provide grants to match funds to allow proper preservation and restoration to historic homes.  The amount granted is placed as a second position lien on the property so owners are accountable for the improvements and when they are ready to sell, the funds are returned to the grant program to restore other homes.  Owners don't pay for the improvments until they sell. Any additonal equity is theirs to keep.
